E-W-S VANE MIST EXTRACTORS:

STATE-OF-THE-ART PERFORMANCE & ROBUST CONSTRUCTION

E-W-S vane mist extractors are guaranteed to remove 99.9% of all liquid entrainment eight (8) microns and larger which is present in the processed gas stream. Carry-over of eight (8) microns and larger entrained liquids will be less than 1/10 gallon per million standard cubic feet of processed gas. The proprietary design of the E-W-S vane element maintains this performance with an extremely low pressure drop at any flow rate up to the maximum design capacity for a particular unit.

The E-W-S vane element is superior to either wire mesh or cyclone elements in performance and durability. High efficiency separation performance across a range of flows from the maximum design capacity to turn-down conditions approaching zero flow is unsurpassed by other separation elements. The relatively wide spacing between the vane elements make the E-W-S vane mist extractor much less subject to fouling compared to wire mesh elements. E-W-S vane elements are ruggedly constructed of 20 gauge T-316-L stainless steel, or 18 gauge carbon steel for durable service. Custom designed mist extractor housings, fabricated of SA-516-70N carbon steel or T-316-L stainless steel are an intgegral part of all E-W-S vane mist extractors to ensure proper installation in accordance with proven E-W-S design standards for effective separation.

All E-W-S vane mist extractors are performance guaranteed when installed in accordanced with E-W-S installation specifications and operated within the design conditions. Workmanship and materias are guaranteed for one year from date of shipment.
